About Harry Benjamin

My entire career has been dedicated to the real estate business. I am a licensed real estate broker and Realtor® although I do not seek listings or represent buyers. I have been a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) for more than 35 years. My extensive real estate background included management

of a high profile portfolio of rental properties and in an executive capacity, included supervision of a full staff of property managers, leasing agents and engineering, janitorial and doorperson staffs. After leaving the rental real estate market, I also managed shopping centers and supervised large condominium association managers.

I also served the real estate industry as chairman of a Realtor® group property management committee, President of a rental and condo industry group and Trustee to a local janitor training fund.
