About CondoServe

As a small association, you may not require property management

service and many associations that are smaller in size get “lost”

in property management companies. Often, management companies

that take on your business fail to provide attention, personal service,

and accuracy the association should receive. Moreover, we save

money for condo associations that really don’t require or can’t afford

“full service” management.

Collect unit owner assessment payments and maintain individual ledgers.

Handle all deposit and payment transactions on a timely basis and produce an annual General Ledger.

Provide a Recommended Budget and work with Board to produce an annual budget for approval.

Provide complete transparency and send the Board detailed, professional reports every month.

Maintain all condo documents and work with attorneys representing the association.
